1. The service

SiteProPilot is a WordPress plugin that connects to SiteProPilot Cloud, a hosted service that analyzes your website and generates SEO/content recommendations using third-party AI providers (Anthropic or OpenAI). The plugin never applies a change without your explicit approval.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must have the right to connect any website you connect to SiteProPilot — don't connect a site you don't own or manage without permission.

3. Plans and billing

• SiteProPilot offers a Free plan and paid Pro/Agency plans with the limits described on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or yearly) and processed by our payment processor, Dodo Payments. We don't collect or store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• "Unlimited" usage on Pro/Agency plans is subject to fair-use limits — accounts with usage far outside normal patterns for a single website may be asked to move to a plan that fits, or throttled.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SiteProPilot to:

• Generate or publish unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or authentication.
• Send us content you don't have the right to share (e.g. someone else's copyrighted material) for AI processing.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label SiteProPilot Cloud outside of any officially supported white-label feature.

5. AI-generated content

SiteProPilot uses AI to generate recommendations, drafts, and metadata. AI output can be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific context. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated recommendation or content before approving it — that review step is a core part of how the product is designed to work. We make no guarantee about search rankings, traffic, or other outcomes resulting from using SiteProPilot.

6. Your content, our license to process it

You retain ownership of your website content. By using SiteProPilot, you grant us a limited license to process that content (and transmit it to our AI sub-processors) solely to provide the service to you. We don't use your content to train AI models.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteProPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any impact on search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.

9. Termination

You may stop using SiteProPilot and disconnect your website at any time from the Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SiteProPilot after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of SiteProPilot, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
