Terms of Service

By accessing or using Bizsenti AutoSEO ("the Service") at bizsenti.com/autoseo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bizsenti Ltd ("we," "our," "us").

Bizsenti AutoSEO is a cloud-based SEO automation platform providing services including (but not limited to) keyword rank tracking, AI-powered SEO audits, content generation, WordPress integration, backlink management, and white-label reporting. Features vary by subscription plan.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

The Service is offered on paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Trial period: All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no charge. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends. Refund policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Refunds are not issued after 14 days from the first charge, except where required by applicable law. Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Crawl or scrape websites that prohibit automated access • Submit spam links or engage in deceptive link-building practices that violate search engine guidelines • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform • Use the platform to transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data • Resell or sublicense the Service without our express written consent • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes third-party rights

The Service, including all software, design, trademarks, and content created by Bizsenti Ltd, is our exclusive property. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. Content you create using our tools (articles, reports, etc.) remains yours. By using our AI content generation tools, you represent that you have rights to publish the output and that you accept responsibility for reviewing and approving it before publication.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our reasonable control including infrastructure provider failures, natural disasters, or DDoS attacks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim • We do not guarantee that use of the Service will improve your search engine rankings

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to failure to pay, violation of the acceptable use policy, or fraudulent activity.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
