Data Deletion Instructions
For accounts connected via Meta / Facebook Login
You can request deletion of your BizSenti Woffice account data and connected WhatsApp data at any time. This page also serves as our data deletion callback page required by Meta for apps that use Facebook Login or Meta Business integrations.
How to Request Deletion
- Email sales@xigmapro.com from your registered account email address.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include your registered email, phone number, and business name for identity verification.
- We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and begin processing within 7 business days.
Alternatively, WhatsApp us directly at +91 89108 97382 to initiate a deletion request.
What We Delete
- User profile and tenant account records
- Contact and conversation data stored in BizSenti Woffice
- Campaign and automation metadata associated with your tenant
- WhatsApp integration references stored by our system
- All agent accounts linked to your business tenant
What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained where legally required:
- Billing and GST invoice records (retained for 7 years per Indian tax law)
- Audit logs required for fraud prevention or legal proceedings
Deletion Timeline
Verified deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted from our systems.
Note: Disconnecting your WhatsApp Business number from Meta's infrastructure must be done separately through your Meta Business Manager. We do not have the ability to delete data held directly by Meta.
