This Privacy Policy describes how Xigmapro Software Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us"), the operator of BizSenti Woffice (accessible at bizsenti.com/woffice), collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you use our platform. By using BizSenti Woffice, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, business name, and phone number. These are required to create and operate your account.

WhatsApp contact data: To operate the CRM inbox and campaigns, we store the WhatsApp phone numbers, display names, and conversation history of your business's WhatsApp contacts. This data belongs to your business and is stored under your tenant account.

Usage data: We collect logs of platform interactions — features used, campaign activity, login timestamps — to improve platform performance and provide analytics.

Payment data: Subscription payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We receive confirmation of payment and store invoice records. We do not store your full card or UPI details.

Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, and operating system — collected automatically when you access the platform. Used for security monitoring and performance.

• To enable your team to manage WhatsApp conversations, contacts, and campaigns
• To process subscription billing and generate GST-compliant invoices
• To send you transactional emails (account creation, password reset, subscription renewal)
• To respond to your support requests and inquiries
• To detect and prevent security threats and platform abuse
• To comply with legal obligations under applicable Indian law

We do not sell your data or your customers' data to any third party. We do not use your CRM contact data for advertising.

BizSenti Woffice is built on the official Meta WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API). When you connect your WhatsApp Business number, messages are routed through Meta's infrastructure. Meta's own privacy policy applies to the transmission of those messages. We are a Business Solution Provider (BSP) and process message data only to deliver the platform's features to you.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your WhatsApp contacts before messaging them via our platform, in accordance with Meta's messaging policies and applicable Indian law.

We share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use trusted third-party infrastructure (hosting, databases, email delivery, payment processing) under contractual data processing agreements. These providers may not use your data for their own purposes.
• Meta Platforms: As required to route WhatsApp messages through the Cloud API.
• Legal obligations: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government authority in India.
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, data may transfer to the successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted database storage for sensitive fields
• Role-based access controls — agents can only access conversations assigned to them
• Two-factor authentication (optional, recommended for all accounts)
• Regular security reviews and dependency updates

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We are committed to protecting your data and will notify you of any breach in accordance with applicable Indian IT regulations.

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. On account closure or deletion request, we delete your tenant data within 7 business days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records under GST regulations are retained for 7 years).

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update inaccurate information from your account settings or by contacting us
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data (see our Data Deletion page)
• Portability: Export your CRM contact data at any time from within the platform
• Objection: Object to certain uses of your data by contacting us

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics data collected is aggregated and anonymised.

BizSenti Woffice is a business platform intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
