Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BizSenti Woffice, a product of Xigmapro Software Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business to use BizSenti Woffice. The platform is intended for businesses, not individual consumers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access to your account at sales@xigmapro.com. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by your agents or team members.

You may not share your account with multiple businesses, create multiple accounts for the same business, or transfer your account to another party without our written consent.

BizSenti Woffice operates on the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. By using our platform to send WhatsApp messages, you agree to comply with:

• Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
• Meta's Developer Platform Policy
• All applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and its amendments
• TRAI regulations on commercial communications and telemarketing

You are solely responsible for obtaining valid consent from your WhatsApp contacts before sending them promotional or template messages. We may suspend your account without notice if your usage results in Meta flagging or restricting your WhatsApp Business Account.

You agree not to use BizSenti Woffice to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to contacts who have not opted in
• Transmit illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Circumvent security controls, access other tenants' data, or perform penetration testing without written authorisation
• Use the platform to facilitate any activity prohibited by Indian law

Trial period: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue access.

Plans and pricing: Current subscription pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where stated and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Dodo Payments. GST-compliant invoices are automatically generated and emailed to your registered address.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods, unless required by applicable law.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, your account may be suspended after a grace period. We will attempt to notify you before suspension.

Meta API costs: WhatsApp conversation fees charged by Meta are separate from our platform subscription and are billed directly by Meta to your Meta Business account.

BizSenti Woffice, its code, design, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of Xigmapro Software Pvt. Ltd. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business purposes.

You retain ownership of all data (contacts, conversations, campaigns) you create or upload to the platform.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are the data controller for your customers' data; we act as your data processor.

We aim for high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. Downtime caused by Meta's WhatsApp API infrastructure or third-party providers is outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or Meta's platform policies
• Your account is used for spam, fraud, or illegal activity
• Required by law or regulatory authority

On termination, your access to the platform ceases. You may export your data within 30 days of termination notice; thereafter, we may delete it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xigmapro Software Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BizSenti Woffice. Our total liability in any calendar month shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in that month.

We are not liable for WhatsApp API outages, Meta policy changes, or actions taken by Meta against your WhatsApp Business Account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably first — contact us at sales@xigmapro.com before initiating legal proceedings.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
