Set Up Keyword Automation

Define your trigger keyword
Think about what customers type most often: "price", "order", "refund", "delivery", "hours". Each becomes a trigger keyword.
Write the auto-reply
Create a response that fully answers the query. You can include links, formatted text, and even media like PDFs or images.
Activate the rule
In Automation → Keyword Rules, click "Create Rule". Enter your keyword(s), paste your reply, and activate. Test it immediately by messaging your WhatsApp number.
Review and optimise
Check how often each rule triggers in Analytics. Add synonyms if customers use different words. Keep replies up to date.
Using AI Reply Suggestions
Open a conversation
Go to the Inbox and open any active conversation. The AI reads the last few messages to understand context.
Review the suggestion
The AI suggests a reply in the message bar. It considers the customer's question, your previous messages, and typical response patterns.
Edit or send
Click Send to approve the suggestion instantly, or click the text to edit it before sending. You're always in control.

The more your team uses and edits AI suggestions, the better they get at matching your business's tone and knowledge.
